Notes on software, quality and the agents that now write half of it. Written slowly, on purpose.
- Humans at the gates Agents can plan, build and review. Where a person still has to say yes — and why it is fewer places than you think, but never zero.
- Write the eval first Test-driven development, applied to prompts: decide what good looks like before you touch the wording.
- QA is dead. Long live QA. When the output is no longer deterministic, a gate at the end of the pipeline is not enough. QA moves from the gate to the architecture.
